Anxiety Part 2

In my last blog post I discussed how anxiety can cause numerous problems. Those problems may include:

  • High blood pressure
  • Heart attack
  • Stroke
  • Muscle pain
  • Hives
  • Allergies
  • Auto-immune conditions
  • Asthma
  • Fatigue
  • And more…

So, what are some steps you can take to treat anxiety?

A holistic approach to the treatment of anxiety often starts with physical steps, such as exercise, yoga/stretching, and conscious breathing.

But for some patients, that’s not enough. Further steps may entail:

  • Important changes to diet
  • Supplements

Lastly, many individuals can benefit from different forms of therapy, including:

  • EFT
  • Journey Work
